If you have been to China, then you know it’s a place for foodies. I recently traveled to Lanzhou, China with my dad to visit my grandmother who will be 90 this year. It was so nice to spend time away from work.
Lanzhou is the capital and largest city of Gansu Province in Northwest China. It is an industrial city located on the shores of the Yellow River, one of China’s great rivers and a historic transport route. The yellow river is a major attraction in Lanzhou.
We had an amazing time with my grandmother, and i spared nothing exploring traditional Chinese food. When people say they don’t like tofu, i say they haven’t tried how the Chinese prepare tofu. The first bite, you feel it is silky smooth, and then with that comes the flavor and just the right amount of spices. It is one of my favorite dishes.
