21st May 2008, I was called as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
After 5 years in University, and 1 year in Law School, this wasn’t just a dream come true for me, it was another feather in my cap.
My parents were elated, my friends were proud of me, and I was fulfilled.
I didn’t stop. I carved a niche for myself in Corporate Practice and proceeded to obtain a Master’s Degree in Corporate & Commercial Law from the prestigious University of London.
I was thereafter offered a provisional admission to do a Ph.D., however, Yours Truly has got her mind on a Harvard Degree. 💁🏻♀️👩🏻🎓
You see, this thing called life? Once you set out to succeed, the universe will reinforce to help you achieve your goals.
Today, l look back and I am truly thankful. My journey hasn’t been without challenges, nevertheless, I have triumphed through it all.
As I turn 35 in a few days, I am delighted that this little girl with dreams became a woman with a vision.
They say you measure the size of the accomplishment by the obstacles you had to overcome to reach your goals.
11 years and still counting.
My Story! My Life!
Congratulations Oto! I’m so proud of you💕😘
Thank you. I appreciate. 💚
It’s amazing how you juggle law, blogging and travelling.
You’ve motivated me to chase my dreams because I know that even if it doesn’t make much sense at first, things will surely sum up in the end.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
