We appreciate your business and strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund policy carefully before making your purchase.

General Policy

All direct book sales on wakaholic.com are considered final. We do not offer refunds for books that are sold in good condition.

Definition of Good Condition

A book is deemed to be in good condition if it meets the following criteria:

  • The cover and binding are intact and undamaged.
  • All pages are present, clean, and unmarked (excluding publisher marks).
  • There is no water damage, mold, excessive highlighting, or torn pages.
  • Any damage was disclosed at the time of sale (in cases of discounted books).

Customers are encouraged to inspect or inquire about the book’s condition before making a purchase.

Return Process (if eligible)

  • Contact us at thewakaholic@gmail.com.
  • Provide a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
  • Await confirmation before sending any items back.
  • Items must be returned in the condition received.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Terms and Conditions

  1. All Sales Final: No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
  2. Shipping Responsibility: You are responsible for the associated shipping costs.
